Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns
Returns may only be considered for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or damaged products caused by misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
