Shipping Policy

At Verlin, we aim to process and deliver your order with care and efficiency.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

Delivery Timeframe

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 11–15 business days from the date your order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver within South Africa.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, where applicable.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure all orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier delays, high order volumes, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or circumstances outside of our control.

Verlin will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and email address are entered correctly at checkout.

If incorrect information is provided, this may result in delivery delays or failed delivery. Any additional costs due to incorrect delivery information may be the responsibility of the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If a courier is unable to complete delivery due to no one being available, incorrect contact details, or an inaccessible delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel.

Should your parcel be returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos where applicable.

We will assist in investigating the matter with the courier.
